Second stay after a worse experience with another provider. Jake is a great host and the apt is perfect for a working stay.

Five stars all the way! 🐾 Our host was a communication superstar, quick, clear, and always happy to help. The place is gorgeous, and the amenities made it feel like a true home away from home. The location is a dream, too. We were steps from Friendship Park, and our pup was in heaven meeting so many friendly new furry friends! Even when we had a little package mix-up, our host jumped right in and is helping us get everything sent back. Talk about going above and beyond! We can't wait to come back. Highly recommend, especially if you're traveling with a four-legged buddy!

We had an amazing stay! We booked this Airbnb on extremely short notice after having trouble finding a hotel, and it ended up being the perfect choice. The host was incredibly responsive and quickly answered any questions we had, which made the last-minute booking process so easy and stress-free. The place itself was amazing—clean, comfortable, welcoming, and exactly what we needed for our weekend in Pittsburgh. The location was a huge plus! We were close to all of the places we wanted to visit, which made getting around and enjoying the city so convenient. The private parking was definitely a plus!! We truly enjoyed our stay and will absolutely book here again the next time we're in Pittsburgh.

Place was sparkling clean, very new! The balcony is bigger than I expected- and very nice to sit out and enjoy the evening. Beautiful place! Walking distance from a lot of really cool spots in Bloomfield!

The place is beautiful—brand new, clean, and very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the porch, having breakfast outside with a beautiful view and peaceful surroundings. Jake, the owner, was very responsive and communicated with a great attitude. I asked for a late checkout, and after a quick check, he gladly accommodated it at no extra charge. Great place, great host. I would happily stay here again anytime!

The apartment was very clean and a lot bigger than we expected. The balcony was huge. The host texted back immediately when I texted late about my parking and was very helpful.

This was an amazing place! Beautiful, clean, almost instant how water in the shower. Pots and pans were available. The balcony was nicely laid out and the living room was extremely comfortable. The bed…. 😮‍💨 oh so soft — one of the best night sleeps I have had in a very long time. The only problem I had was with the washer which was solved! They handled the issue professionally and expediently. Even took the time to take care of my clothes personally. I received them folded up neatly by the host manager. They were awesome! I recommend this place and will be back. 10/10 And nothing less!

Awesome and right downtown

Very clean and cozy place. The designated parking was a huge plus for the area. Nearby hospitals. Had all amenities needed. Would definitely book again if I’m in the area.

If there was 4.5 stars, I'd choose it. The modern features, pristine cleanliness, Bloomfield location, and gym in building are excellent features. Jake is a host who truly wants you to have a good rental experience and I'd definitely stay at one of properties. The 0.5 star deduction -- a very soft mattress (in our unanimous opinion) and some street noise facing Penn Ave (likely quieter in the rear units). If you dont mind then this is a 5* place. The washer/dryer combo in the apt. got stuck mid-cycle but Jake immediately had someone over to fix it -- and gave us another laundry option in the building. Very responsive host with follow-up to ensure all is good.

We absolutely loved the place. Short drive to the restaurant we went to very convenient. The apartment was very nice all the linens smelled amazing. I loved the balcony to sit on. And the bed was very very comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay! The unit is located near a lot of delicious coffee shops and restaurants, and the unit itself was very modern, yet quite cozy. The patio made for lovely, calm mornings, and the bed and couch were both extremely comfortable. It was very quiet and we rarely heard our neighbors. Whenever we had a question, Jake was very quick to respond, and the check in and check out processes were extremely easy to follow. We also really appreciated not having to do any extra cleanup - it made getting out and going back home so much easier. I would absolutely recommend staying here and will come back to this property the next time I’m in town.

Jake’s apartment was a great place to stay. The apartment is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the private, off-street parking was great. The bus into downtown is right across the street making the location convenient. There is a great pizza place, Mexican place, and a brewery 2 blocks away. We will definitely stay here next time we visit Pittsburgh.

Great Stay . Everything advertised was just how it was. Any question I had, Jake and his team responded within 20 minutes and problem was resolved within an 30 minutes. Even When there was issue that they couldn’t personally handle they got it handled within the next hour or 2 . Very responsive and attentive to guest
