August 2026 5.00The place is beautiful—brand new, clean, and very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the porch, having breakfast outside with a beautiful view and peaceful surroundings. Jake, the owner, was very responsive and communicated with a great attitude. I asked for a late checkout, and after a quick check, he gladly accommodated it at no extra charge. Great place, great host. I would happily stay here again anytime!

August 2026 5.00This was an amazing place! Beautiful, clean, almost instant how water in the shower. Pots and pans were available. The balcony was nicely laid out and the living room was extremely comfortable. The bed…. 😮💨 oh so soft — one of the best night sleeps I have had in a very long time. The only problem I had was with the washer which was solved! They handled the issue professionally and expediently. Even took the time to take care of my clothes personally. I received them folded up neatly by the host manager. They were awesome! I recommend this place and will be back. 10/10 And nothing less!

July 2026 4.00If there was 4.5 stars, I'd choose it. The modern features, pristine cleanliness, Bloomfield location, and gym in building are excellent features. Jake is a host who truly wants you to have a good rental experience and I'd definitely stay at one of properties. The 0.5 star deduction -- a very soft mattress (in our unanimous opinion) and some street noise facing Penn Ave (likely quieter in the rear units). If you dont mind then this is a 5* place. The washer/dryer combo in the apt. got stuck mid-cycle but Jake immediately had someone over to fix it -- and gave us another laundry option in the building. Very responsive host with follow-up to ensure all is good.

July 2026 5.00We absolutely loved the place. Short drive to the restaurant we went to very convenient. The apartment was very nice all the linens smelled amazing. I loved the balcony to sit on. And the bed was very very comfortable.
